Event #1

LOGO
CONTEST

Every great initiative starts with creativity!

The Pair It Forward Foundation launched its first initiative with a logo contest inviting young children to share their creativity and artistic talents.

Through this contest, the children of the Vaughan community got the opportunity to create and submit their own artwork, with each submission reflecting their unique imagination and ideas. To celebrate their participation and encourage their creativity, we awarded prizes to the young artists.

This first initiative marked an exciting milestone for our foundation, bringing children together through art, self-expression, and community involvement. We are proud to celebrate the creativity of young minds and look forward to building more opportunities for children to learn, grow, and make a difference.

A big thank you to every young artist who participated and helped make our first initiative a success!

Event #2

Ask-A-Therapist
Coffee Chat

Helping Parents Find Answers.

The Pair It Forward Foundation hosted an Ask-a-Therapist Coffee Chat at the Civic Centre Resource Library, bringing families and community members together for an opportunity to connect with speech-language and occupational therapy professionals in a welcoming, informal setting.

The event was designed to make information about therapy services more accessible, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions, learn about the roles of speech-language and occupational therapists, and gain a better understanding of how these services can support children and families in their everyday lives.

By creating a relaxed space for conversation, we hoped to make it easier for families to explore their questions, learn about available supports, and feel more confident navigating their therapy journeys.

At the Pair It Forward Foundation, we believe that access to information and community connections can make a meaningful difference. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to helping families feel informed, supported, and connected to the resources available to them.
